Right from the great pyramids of Egypt, Construct remains of Harappa and Mahenjodaro, and palatial buildings of kings to the present day's residential quarters, water supply and sanitation system, irrigation projects, national highways, Fly over, Railway Station, Bus Stands, Over Bridges, Airport designing, etc., all fall under the purview of Civil Engineering Science.
Our college campus has enough space for Surveying and other practical related to this branch. Civil Engineers were always in demand, but in recent years their demand has increased spirally.

The three year Diploma Holders in appropriate branch of Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka or any other Diploma qualification considered equivalent thereto by the University, who have secured not less than 50% of the total maximum marks in the final year are eligible for admission to the First year of B.E. course in appropriate branch. However, there shall not be any exemption of any subject at the B.E. degree course.
